Career Intelligence® is the creation of Anita Rolls. It emerged from her own 20-year career odyssey and real-world experiences as an employee, manager and learning and development professional in law, finance and marketing roles with global organisations.

As well as providing a new, smarter way for employees and managers to engage with each other, Career Intelligence® supports HR/L&D people to role model career development throughout the business and establish a Career Intelligent® Organisation.

Anita’s unique expertise combines 20 years of global law, banking, marketing and L&D experience at Linklaters, Morgan Stanley, Amex and UBS with an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. An ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Anita also holds an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching and is a Certified Professional Coactive Coach (CPCC) with the Coactive Institute. In addition to coaching leaders 121, Anita is passionate about developing coaches and has sat on the faculty of the Academy of Executive Coaching for the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching and is an experienced Coach Supervisor and Mentor Coach.

Director of Programmes

Pippa has a wealth of experience working in the HR sectors for Marks & Spencer Santander, The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, and most recently as Head of Talent for VISA, before becoming Director of Programmes at The Career Intelligence® Academy. Pippa is also an experienced Coach Trainer, having sat on the faculty of the Academy of Executive Coaching for the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, supporting coaches on their new career path.

Erin has 30 years of admin experience and has worked in a variety of corporate and sports related organisations. Erin co-ordinates and schedules all the programmes at the Career Intelligence® Academy with our client organisations and is responsible for setting up participants with online course access.

Wendy Johnstone

Director of Operations

Wendy has over 20 years’ experience as a PRINCE2 qualified Project Manager primarily in Global Learning & Development (L&D). Wendy liaises with our client organisations on logistics and operational set up to make sure our programmes run seamlessly with minimum hassle for the L&D teams we work with.
